About the European law 'Denied Boarding Compensation'
As of 17 February 2005 a European law ‘Denied Boarding Compensation’ is of force. This law
offers financial compensation to air passengers in case of overbooking, annulations and delays. The
law also applies for flights with low cost carriers and charters.
